- Every effort will be made to keep rides on trails, low traffic streets, bike paths and sidewalks as much as possible. We will make efforts to stay off busy streets.
How much do the rides cost?
They are basically free, but on occasion if a special knowledge guide is required they may be a tour cost.

No, just bring your trike or bike and a big smile. This is a fun group and people exposing their political agendas will need to find a different group.

What about safety guidelines & helmets?
Safety is a priority adhering to road safety rule is compulsory. While helmets cannot be mandated we encourage everyone to ride with one as many in the group have had experiences with 2 and 3 wheel crashes and contrary to some opinions we are not bullet proof.
